5. Refusal of Service and Compliance

QFOUNDRY MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. QFOUNDRY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QFOUNDRY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF QFOUNDRY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming.
